JOB DESCRIPTION

The Development Department is now looking for a Project Administrator for our two ESF projects: Focus on Skills Enhancement in Svalöv (2024-2026) and Skills 5.0 (2025-2027). The projects focus on strengthening skills development, sustainability, and digital transformation in the Helsingborg region.

About the Position

As a Project Administrator, you will be a key person responsible for creating structure and efficiency in the project's administrative processes. You will work closely with project management and contribute to ensuring that the projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and guidelines.

Project Descriptions

Focus on Skills Enhancement in Svalöv (2024-2026)

The project aims to reduce the labor shortage in Svalöv Municipality through skills development of employees in both the private and public sectors. Efforts focus on digitalization, technological transformation, and sustainability. The goal is to strengthen employees' positions in the labor market, improve companies' competitiveness, and support the inclusion of groups such as Ukrainians in the workforce. There is also a focus on addressing gender norms in the workplace and strengthening municipal care staff through training in welfare technology.

Skills 5.0 (2025-2027)

The project is aimed at meeting the demands of Industry 5.0, where collaboration between humans and machines is emphasized. It aims to create a learning culture within municipal organizations and companies in the Helsingborg region. By implementing Balanced Scorecard, municipalities will streamline their work processes and support employees in change management. The main goal is to strengthen digital and sustainable skills and increase organizations' adaptability in an increasingly change-oriented world.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is structured, goal-oriented, and has a strong ability to create order and efficiency. You have experience in financial administration and are well-versed in processes related to LEAN and 5S. You thrive in a role where you can work independently but also contribute as part of a team.

Qualifications (mandatory requirements)

• Experience in accounting and administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of LEAN and production technology.
• Ability to structure and manage administrative processes effectively.
