About the role
As an Invoice Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Invoicing customers according to directives, instructions, and agreements.
- Administering and maintaining customer portals.
- Handling other administrative tasks related to invoicing and service work.
- Contributing to the development and streamlining of processes.
You will primarily work closely with external customers and suppliers to ensure that invoicing documentation is accurate and complete. The role also includes internal communication with the finance department, service managers, and technicians. The team consists of three Invoice Administrators and two Contract Administrators, providing good support and camaraderie in the work.
We see it as important that you are on-site during the training period. After this, there is an opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days a week, by agreement with your immediate manager.
Your profile
To succeed in the role of Invoice Administrator, we see that you have:
Skills and experience:
- At least a high school diploma with a focus on finance or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with familiarity working in ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Very good Swedish in both spoken and written form.
- Good English in both spoken and written form.
Personal qualities:
- Structured
- Self-motivated
- Communicative
- Solution-oriented with good collaboration skills.

Practical information:
Assignment period: January 20, 2025 - June 30, 2025 (with the possibility of extension).
Location: Landskrona
