Position as Digitalization Strategist

The position of digitalization strategist is located in the Development Unit. Our mission includes driving and supporting the municipality's operations in the digital transformation.

The unit consists of developers, strategists, communicators, and public health coordinators. The work is led by the municipality's development manager.

Common to the roles is the collaboration in development processes, strategic advice, seeing the whole picture, and monitoring the external environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a digitalization strategist with us, you will drive the work of digital transformation and the implementation of digital technology, as well as develop and streamline working methods and routines. All with the aim of finding smarter ways of working and utilizing synergies between operations to fulfill our welfare mission into the future.

In the role of digitalization strategist, you have the mandate to represent the municipality in cybersecurity issues within the collaborative organization Unikom. You will also lead various digitalization initiatives, such as SKR's Handslaget for digitalization.

Requirements for the position:

• Relevant university degree.
• Experience in digitalization development and change work in public operations.
• Driver's license B
