On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an Accounting Administrator for an exciting consulting assignment starting on January 20th. About the role

As an Accounting Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that invoicing to customers is carried out according to given directives, instructions, and agreements. You will play a central role in ensuring correct invoicing documentation and coordinating this with both customers and service technicians. More specifically, the position includes:

- Ongoing invoicing

- Ensuring that invoicing is done according to the correct price list

- Reminder management and follow-up

- Collaboration with the local service manager to maintain correct invoicing flow

- Updating the business system with correct information

- Contributing to the development of processes and routines

About you

We are looking for someone who is structured, planning-oriented, and has a relationship-building personality. You thrive in a role where collaboration and accuracy are central success factors. It is a requirement for the position that you have:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

- Secondary education in finance

- Good knowledge of MS Office and experience working in business systems

- Fluent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Additional information

Assignment duration: January 20th - June 30th with the possibility of extension

Location: Landskrona

Scope: 100%

Hourly wage: 143 SEK/hour
