JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In our team, we are looking for an experienced senior project manager. As a project manager at Ängelholmslokaler, you will work on various types of projects, both in size and character. The job responsibilities also include ongoing collaborative work on business development regarding routines and quality documents, as well as other digital system support that streamlines our daily work.
Job Tasks
- Project management, design management, and construction management
- Participate in establishing overarching business plans including sub-goals, activities, and action plans for the department.
- Responsible for budget preparation, financial monitoring, summaries, and deviation management for own projects.
- Responsible for planned new construction, larger renovation projects, and maintenance projects in accordance with the company's project model and within the agreed scope, on time, with intended quality, and at a cost that fits within the approved budget.
- Participate in the development of the construction process and the creation of routines for management and follow-up, and contribute to creating forums with other departments for increased collaboration, communication, and learning.
- Ensure that the project work maintains the specified quality level and that cost and time plans are adhered to.
- Participate in the preparation of FFU for procurement of larger projects and contracts within the approved budget.
- Represent the company during inspections, new construction, and renovations.
- Participate in operational reviews
- Review of supplier invoices and other financial management related to the position
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
- Financially aware. Understands and applies business principles. Focuses on costs, revenues, and efficiency from a financial perspective.
- Quality conscious. Is meticulous and well aware of goals and quality standards. Places great importance on meeting these.
- Collaborative ability. Works well with others. Relates to them in a responsive and flexible manner. Listens, communicates, and resolves conflicts constructively.
- Self-driven. Takes responsibility for their tasks. Structures their approach and drives their processes forward.
- Clear. Communicates clearly. Ensures that messages are conveyed and that expectations are clear for all parties involved. Reminds and follows up.
You have many years of experience in the construction industry and have experience in project management. It is advantageous, but not a requirement, if you have training in contract law, LOU, Bas-U+P, and training as a control manager. You are quality-conscious, responsible, and have the ability to make decisions and drive projects forward. You are a team player with the ability to build good relationships. You are clear and communicative, both verbally and in writing. You have a systematic approach and commitment to your assignments. Furthermore, you are flexible and structured and have good computer skills.
