About the position

We are now looking for paving workers with a primary work area in Eastern Skåne.

In the role of paving worker, you will work in the field alongside your colleagues on new construction and maintenance paving. You will work closely with clients and customers on various assignments within your work area. As a paving worker, no day is the same, as both the work site and working hours vary, which requires some flexibility.

The position is full-time with start date according to agreement.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience in the paving industry, who is engaged, positive, and has an easy time collaborating. You enjoy taking responsibility and driving work forward. You are practical and have a good ability to plan and structure your work. We are looking for someone who values teamwork and is committed to delivering high-quality work with your colleagues.

The role requires good knowledge of the Swedish language, a BE driver's license is an advantage.
