Construction Site Manager for Skåne, Blekinge, and Småland

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Construction Site Manager for Skåne, Blekinge, and Småland with a suitable location in Malmö. In the role of construction site manager, you will be offered a varied everyday life with responsibility for leading and developing your area of ​​operations. You have a central function and ensure that work is carried out based on the company's business plan and overall goals. Your tasks include market monitoring, tendering processes, and business development. Creating customer relationships and maintaining existing collaborations are key factors, as well as focusing on growth and new assignments.

The position includes operational responsibility for results, personnel, budget, work environment, quality, and the environment. We are looking for someone who wants to build a winning team and create a long-term and successful business in the local market. You lead your own team of construction site managers and are part of the company's management team.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone with at least 5-10 years of experience in qualified project management and control in the production process within construction or equivalent. We believe that you have a technical education at university level. You have a coaching leadership style and are used to personnel responsibility for both white-collar workers and blue-collar workers. You enjoy working on people's development and creating a team spirit. You are communicative and have good collaboration and planning skills. You are driven, business-minded, and enjoy building long-term relationships.
