About the position As a scaffolder at Bilfinger, you will work on varied and challenging tasks in industrial environments, such as assembling, adjusting, and dismantling scaffolding and weather protection. You will primarily work at a major facility in Helsingborg, but also on assignments in the local area. Here, you will be part of one or more teams of experienced scaffolders, with opportunities for development and a good working environment. Your main tasks include:

- Building scaffolding in complex industrial environments and collectively ensuring good order of materials, machinery, and other tools.

- Solution-oriented work to create safe scaffolding even in hard-to-reach places.

- Planning and implementing customized solutions for safe and efficient scaffolding.

- Collaborating with colleagues and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

- Handling both planned and urgent assignments with great flexibility.

- Following safety procedures and regulations, for example, when working in confined spaces.

About you We are looking for someone with experience and a professional certificate as a scaffolder. You enjoy varied physical work where you are solution-oriented and have a flexible approach to the challenges of the workday. You should enjoy working in a team while also placing great emphasis on personal responsibility.

In addition to your experience, we value your personal qualities highly. You should have good teamwork skills and be able to communicate effectively with the company's customers, as well as be attentive and humble towards your supervisor and colleagues. The main emphasis is on being responsible, orderly, and understanding the importance of performing work safely with high quality.

In summary, we would like you to have:

- Professional certificate as a scaffolder and relevant experience

- Driver's license B and fluent in Swedish and English.

- Flexibility and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

- Humility, good teamwork skills, and a habit of handling customer contact.

- Ability to read and interpret drawings for scaffolding construction.

It is advantageous to have a forklift license and experience working in confined spaces.

It is also beneficial if you have experience working in industrial environments and with international teams.
