About Us

Bertil's Renovation Company / Woltan AB is an expanding renovation company based in Limhamn. We work exclusively within construction services and handle everything from minor insurance damages to extensive total renovations for private individuals. We are now looking for a self-reliant and experienced plumber who wants to take responsibility for our plumbing section and eventually contribute to building up their own plumbing team within the company.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a knowledgeable and versatile plumber who has:

• Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in plumbing and HVAC work.
• A strong technical competence and experience in handling the entire process, from planning to execution.
• A great sense of responsibility and a willingness to eventually take on a leadership role.
• Experience working on both small assignments and larger projects.

We prefer if you are a problem solver who dares to make decisions and has a vision to grow within the company. The opportunity to build and lead a plumbing division in the future is available for the right person.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of responsible plumber with us, you will:

• Be responsible for all plumbing-related tasks, from installation and service to troubleshooting and repairs.
• Work closely with other craftsmen to ensure quality and efficiency in our projects.
• Develop and plan solutions for our customers' needs in HVAC.
• Contribute to developing and improving our plumbing section, with the opportunity to eventually create and lead a plumbing team.

What We're Looking For in You

• Driver's license, manual transmission (access to a car is advantageous).
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written (other languages are advantageous).
• Solid experience in plumbing, installation, and repairs.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects from start to finish.
• An eye for detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
