What does it mean to be a salesperson at Plantagen?

As a sales associate with us, the main focus is to provide our customers with an excellent shopping experience. This means you will focus on checkout work where you actively ensure that our customers have a great conclusion to their shopping experience. You are responsible for sales, guiding customers, watering, and caring for plants.

To succeed in the role of Salesperson, we believe you are/have:

• Outgoing and social, and your cheerful demeanor spreads to both customers and colleagues.
• A strong interest in plants where you enjoy sharing your knowledge.
• Previous experience in retail and/or the service industry, as well as previous checkout experience is an advantage.
• A sense of customer service and the ability to prioritize the right tasks in a dynamic environment.

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and proficient in English, both spoken and written. The corporate language is English.

Personal qualities

You are a positive team player who enjoys working with people. Achieving good results motivates you, and you choose to see solutions instead of problems.

Working hours are varied and include both evenings and weekends.

The position is a temporary contract of 20 hours/week from January 20 to March 30, with the possibility of extension during the season starting in April.

Salary according to collective agreement.
