About the Position

Are you a self-driven and meticulous accountant with experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and have also worked with HR-related issues such as labor law and payroll? We are looking for an accountant with a focus on accounting and HR administration for NTT Sweden AB in Malmö. The role is a full-time position with the possibility of remote work 2 days a week. Start as soon as possible.

For the first six months, you will be employed as a consultant with us at Poolia, and then become directly employed by NTT Sweden AB if both parties are satisfied.

Your Main Responsibilities

You will play a central role in ensuring that bookkeeping and accounting are correct, as well as that payroll payments and HR processes comply with Swedish labor law. You will be solely responsible for reporting and presenting weekly and monthly reports to the group management in Norway regarding the Swedish business. The company has the prerequisites and great ambitions to grow here, and thus you will be an important part of the future Swedish market.

In short, you will perform the following tasks:

Bookkeeping: Responsible for the bookkeeping and accounting for the Swedish company, which is then reported to the group management.
HR Administration: Ensure correct payroll processing and quality assurance, handling labor law issues, and contact with the Social Insurance Agency.
Invoicing and Reporting: Manage incoming invoices, month-end closing, annual reports, and reporting to the Tax Agency and other authorities.
KPI Reporting: Follow up and report key figures, manage sick leave, and other HR-related reports.

Who Are You?

You need to be self-sufficient and have experience in accounting in smaller companies, as well as labor law and payroll processing. As a person, we see that you are flexible and unpretentious. You will have 17 friendly colleagues working towards production in Malmö and will also receive support from the head office in Norway regarding questions related to your work. Additionally, we would like you to have the following qualifications:

Education and Experience: At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, as well as experience in payroll administration and labor law.
Language: Good knowledge of English and understanding of Norwegian. German is an advantage but not a requirement. Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.
Personal Qualities: Flexible, self-sufficient, engaged, and accustomed to finding solutions independently.
Business Systems: Experience working with the business system 24/7 Office is an advantage.
