Our expanding client Bredband2 continues to develop, and we are currently looking for employees for their operations department that works with invoice support for business customers. Bredband2 is Sweden's third-largest fiber provider and supplies more than half a million customers with regular internet both at home and at work.

The position is of an administrative nature within Operations at Bredband2, in a small but familiar department that is shaped as we go.

As a Service Desk Administration employee, your tasks will include handling customer inquiries and contract issues of both simpler and more advanced nature. The work also consists of managing customer accounts, contract management, and initiating invoicing for business customers. Customer contact will occur via phone and email.

Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, but the role offers freedom under responsibility and there is some opportunity for flexibility. During the probationary period, you will be employed as a consultant with StudentConsulting and rented out to our Bredband2; in the long run, you are expected to be directly employed by Bredband2. The position will start as soon as we find the right candidate.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To thrive in this position, we believe you have worked a few years in customer service and feel ready for the next step. You are structured in your work approach and enjoy working independently as well as together with others. You use communication and logic as your main tools and have good analytical skills. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with invoice support for business customers.

The position requires that you have a good command of language and that you are skilled at expressing yourself in writing.
