Bildeve is hiring a Customer Service Representative

Bildeve is looking for a driven customer service representative for our marketplace. We have a strong focus on providing our customers with excellent service, and we interact with them at the counter as well as via chat, phone, and email.

Main Responsibilities

• Booking damage inspections and workshop cases
• Invoicing
• Handling insurance cases
• Completing/scheduling work orders
• Contacting customers for additional work
• Checking material availability for additional work
• Pricing and editing work orders before invoicing
• Reporting completed vehicles to customers

You will be part of a team with 10 other colleagues. You will have daily customer contact via phone, email, and chat. A significant part of your success in this role is your communicative ability to assist customers. We want our customers' contact with Bildeve to be a positive experience. It is an advantage if you have worked with Cabas and have good knowledge of cars.

Are you the one we are looking for?

In this recruitment, great importance will be placed on your personality, but you should have completed your high school education and have experience working in customer service/support. You handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You have good computer skills and quickly familiarize yourself with administrative systems. As a person, you are engaged and have a natural sense of service, always putting the customer first. You have your own drive, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and have the ability to independently organize your daily work.

The position is full-time with placement in Helsingborg. Working hours: 07:00-16:00.
