Ria Financial Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Store Manager in Malmö. As the Store Manager, you will be the face of our business and responsible for leading and developing your team to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a first-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the store team to maximize sales and service quality.
• Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Managing daily operations including cash handling, inventory, and reporting.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to promote loyalty and repeat business.
• Actively participating in the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure competence and motivation.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3-4 years of experience in financial services, money transfer, currency exchange
• Experience in leading and motivating a team
• Charismatic personality with the ability to create positive and long-term relationships.
• Analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions based on business data and market trends.
• Strong focus on customer service and the ability to solve problems effectively.
• Ability to work flexible schedules
• Some computer skills with the ability to use MS Word and Excel
• Experience in cash handling is a plus
• Good communication skills in English and Swedish, as well as additional language skills are a plus.
