We are now looking for a positive and forward-thinking person for an upcoming assignment in kitchen and conference near Malmö! In this role, you will play an important part in the daily operations within kitchen & conference at the company and, together with the team, be responsible for snacks, lunch, and beverages for the company's staff, as well as serving at conferences and client meetings. You will also conduct conference room rounds and assist in other functions within the building.

Your work will vary with daily tasks such as:

• Preparation and serving of morning snacks and lighter lunch
• Dishwashing
• Handling internal orders for food and beverages
• Restocking items such as various drinks
• Supervision of the dining room and kitchen areas, including some cleaning
• Inventory management
• Ordering goods
• Conference room rounds and quality control of items

The position is 100%, and working hours are during the day. Start date is planned for after the new year.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

It is an advantage if you have experience in similar areas and, above all, that you have a strong sense of service, quality, and professionalism in what you do. You are good at collaborating and easily find practical solutions in dialogue with others.

You speak fluent Swedish and English. You feel comfortable meeting and communicating with customers and staff both digitally and physically.

You have good knowledge of the Office suite and are used to working in various computer systems.
