Bistro Team Leader at First Camp

As our Bistro Team Leader, you will be a key player in creating energizing meals for our guests, ensuring that no one leaves us hungry – or hangry! What does the role entail?

As Bistro Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the bistro and ensuring that operations run smoothly according to our concept. You will be an active part of the team and participate in everything from cooking and serving to sales, dishwashing, and cleaning. Your main responsibilities include:

• Distributing and coordinating tasks within the bistro team
• Ordering ingredients and ensuring that storage and handling follow guidelines
• Promoting the sales of our bistro products and contributing to a pleasant guest experience
• Introducing and training new bistro staff to maintain a high level of service

In this role, you are also expected to be flexible and able to support other departments as needed. For us, the guest experience is at the center, and we work together to solve the day’s challenges with positive energy.

Who are we looking for?

We would like you to have experience from cafes, restaurants, or fast food industries. If you also have education in hotel and restaurant management, that is a plus, but the most important thing is your personality! We are looking for someone who can inspire both guests and colleagues and who thrives in a dynamic environment. You adapt easily, remain calm in stressful situations, and appreciate a structured way of working.

You need to be able to communicate in Swedish or English and have a positive attitude that spreads to the entire team.

Conditions

We are looking for a Bistro Team Leader for the summer season of 2025. The role is a seasonal full-time position (40 hours/week) during weeks 25-32 and includes working hours in the evenings and weekends, in accordance with the collective agreement for the hotel and restaurant industry. In the spring, we offer training that we hope you will participate in.
