What does the role entail?

As a Receptionist, you are our face to the world and play an important role in ensuring that guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. You handle check-ins and check-outs, provide information and service to guests, assist with bookings, and drive sales in our shop.

Although your main tasks are in the reception and shop, we appreciate flexibility and the ability to support other areas when needed. With us, we always work based on the guests' needs and find common solutions to the challenges that may arise.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you have previous experience in customer service, preferably within a reception or similar role. A relevant education is a merit but not a requirement.

You are structured, have an eye for detail, and greet every guest with warmth, even during busy periods. With a positive and helpful attitude, you are the one who always shares yourself and looks out for the team's best interests. We also appreciate a sense of humor and a light-hearted attitude that contributes to a pleasant working environment.

To meet our guests in the best way, you need to master both Swedish and English effortlessly, which is important to ensure clear and smooth communication with both Swedish and international guests.

Conditions

We are looking for employees for the summer season 2025 with varying hours (20-40 h/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement.
