Araslöv, a historic estate now housing a resort in an unbeatable scenic environment. A short drive from Kristianstad, you will encounter a mix of historical and modern venues where the dining experience is the focus. Here, food is served from morning to evening, with dinner being our hallmark. You will meet a warm and welcoming nature-inspired atmosphere, which is likely one of the main reasons we have so many returning guests. In addition to overnight golfing guests, conference, wedding, and hunting guests are part of our everyday life at Araslöv.

We are now looking for serving staff at Araslöv Golf & Resort for the 2025 season. In this recruitment, we collaborate with Wikan Personnel.

Your Responsibilities

Serving 20%
Before the 2025 season, we need to strengthen our team with extra staff in serving and dishwashing. This means that you will primarily work on weekends and possibly weekdays from the season start in April until the season ends in October. These positions are perfect for you who are studying or looking for a part-time job. In the role, you will work with both our lunch and evening service.

Lunch work includes cash handling, a fast pace, dishwashing, and guest interaction. In our lunch service, you will meet hotel guests, drop-ins, and regulars. This entails great variation in service, and your hospitality and flexibility are highly valued. Our lunch has high demand during the season, which also requires you to be a person who can take initiative and possess planning skills as unexpected situations may arise that need to be resolved through quick and effective decisions.

As an evening server in our restaurant, you will serve guests with golf packages, conferences, and drop-ins. Our golf package is one of Sweden's most popular and includes a 3-course menu from our à la carte menu. This means your work will include table orders, cash handling, serving, dishwashing, drink recommendations, and bar management. Our à la carte is well-liked due to incredible food and first-class service. Therefore, we see that you as a person are interested in food and drink and are passionate about service. As an evening server with us, we value your ability to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience from start to finish, as well as your ability to recommend and communicate at a professional level with our guests. In the role, it is required that you have a good ability to work and communicate in a team, as teamwork is key to a functioning operation with us.

Dishwashing 20%
You will work in the dishwashing area with common tasks. You will also assist the serving staff with certain tasks such as preparations, carrying plates, picking up dishes, and driving the shuttle. Shuttle service is included round trip to our evening service for guests who have booked a golf package with us and are staying at our golf hotel. The golf hotel is located about 2 kilometers from the restaurant. We have both lunch and evening service, which allows for varied work, or you may want to focus more on one area. You keep things organized and are used to working quickly and efficiently. Regardless of the task, every employee is equally important to us, and in the role, it is required that you have a good ability to work and communicate in a team, as teamwork is key to a functioning operation with us.

Your Background/Your Traits

You who are applying for any of our positions do not need to have previous experience in the restaurant industry, but we see it as an advantage. It may be enough that you have a positive attitude and an interest in learning how the restaurant industry works. As an employee with us, you are a cheerful and service-oriented person who has a very good ability to contribute to the guests' overall experience. You see the little extra and greet guests with a smile.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and would like you to be socially outgoing, have a great interest in other people, and always ensure to deliver good service to our guests. You are a team player and at the same time have no problem working independently and making good and quick decisions. You are stress-resistant and take on new challenges with a smile.

A manual B driver's license is required. You master Swedish in both speech and writing.

Information and Contact

These positions are seasonal employment and will be filled at the beginning of April and will last until the end of September or mid-October, depending on agreement. The working degree for extra positions is 20%. Working hours for extra serving staff are scheduled during the day, late evenings, and weekends.
