Araslöv, a historic estate now housing a resort in an unbeatable scenic environment. A short drive from Kristianstad, you will encounter a mix of historic and modern venues where the dining experience is the focus. Here, food is served from morning to evening, with the evening dinner being our hallmark. With us, you will meet a warm and welcoming nature-inspired atmosphere, which is likely one of the main reasons we have so many returning guests. In addition to overnight golf players, conference, wedding, and hunting guests are part of our everyday life at Araslöv.

We are now looking for serving staff at Araslöv Golf & Resort for the 2025 season. In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personnel.

Your tasks

BREAKFAST HOST/LUNCH SERVICE:

As a breakfast host and lunch service with us, you will work with both breakfast serving and plated lunch as well as afternoon menu. You start the day at 06:00 by setting up and preparing the breakfast buffet. This includes both cold and hot cooking. You are responsible for ensuring that the buffets are always filled and inviting, that the premises are clean and fresh, and that guests start their day in the best possible way.

Many days you will also transition to lunch service. The work during lunch includes cash handling, a fast pace, dishwashing, and guest interaction. In our lunch service, you will meet hotel guests, drop-ins, and regulars. This entails a great variation in service, and your hosting and flexibility are highly valued. Our lunch has high demand during the season, which also requires that you are someone who can take initiatives and possess planning skills as unexpected situations may arise that need to be resolved through quick and effective decisions.

In this position, we do not require any experience but rather an interest and a willingness to develop within the business and the job areas.

EVENING SERVICE

As an evening server in our restaurant, you will serve guests with golf packages, conferences, and drop-ins. Our golf package is one of Sweden's most popular, including a 3-course menu from our à la carte menu. This means your work will include table orders, cash handling, serving, dishwashing, drink recommendations, and bar management.

Our à la carte is appreciated for its incredible food and first-class service. Therefore, we see that you as a person are interested in food and drink and are passionate about service. As an evening server with us, we value your ability to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience from start to finish, as well as being able to recommend and communicate at a professional level with our guests. In this position, it is required that you have a good ability to work and communicate in a team, as teamwork is key to a functioning operation with us.

In this position, experience is not a requirement but is meritorious. However, we see that you possess a strong interest in the industry and are willing to develop within our business and job areas.

Your background/Your qualities

You who are applying for one of our positions do not need to have any previous experience from the restaurant industry, but we see it as meritorious. It may be enough that you have a positive attitude and an interest in learning how the restaurant industry works. As an employee with us, you are a cheerful and service-oriented person who has a very good ability to contribute to the guests' overall experience. You see the little extra and meet guests with a smile.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and would like you to be socially outgoing, have a great interest in other people, and ensure that you always deliver good service to our guests. You are a team player and have no problem working independently and making good and quick decisions. You are stress-resistant and take on new challenges with a smile.

A manual B driver's license is a requirement. You master Swedish in both speech and writing.

Information and contact

These positions are seasonal employment, and hiring will take place in early April and will last until the end of September or mid-October, depending on the agreement. The working degree varies from 80–100 %.

The working hours for breakfast/lunch service are scheduled for early morning, daytime, and weekends. The working hours for evening service are scheduled for daytime, late evenings, and weekends.
