The habilitation clinic for children and adolescents, rehabilitation, Lund is a specialist clinic within the Habilitation Operations Area in Skåne. The clinic has six care places and operates during weekdays. We have two interdisciplinary teams consisting of medical, psychosocial, and educational expertise; the Habilitation Team, which is a resource for local habilitation clinics, and the Rehab Team, which meets children and adolescents with acquired brain injury. We have special knowledge in nutrition, communication/cognition, uro-gastro therapy, and rehabilitation after acquired brain injury.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a psychologist with us, you will meet children and adolescents with various disabilities and at different developmental levels. Most children are in contact with the habilitation clinic for children and adolescents in their hometown, and the interventions we provide become part of their planning.

Your work includes conducting neuropsychological assessments as part of interdisciplinary investigations. The role also involves being a support for children, adolescents, and parents, as well as collaborating with schools, healthcare, and child and adolescent habilitation. You will also be part of our communication team that works with children and adolescents both individually and in groups. Opportunities for training in the field are available.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed psychologist with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required. We would like you to have experience working with children and adolescents with disabilities and knowledge in developmental psychology. Furthermore, it is advantageous if you have experience in assessment work. It is a plus if you are familiar with the Office suite and have experience with the PMO system.

To succeed in the role, you need to have a good ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize among your tasks. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is curious and has good collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently.
