We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist who has the competence or is willing to learn to work with the tools Assessment and Work Characteristics (AWC) and Assessment of Work Performance (AWP). You have experience in handling programs within the Office Suite and good computer skills. As a person, you have your own drive, are stimulated by taking significant personal responsibility, and managing authority. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and that you share our values.

Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a licensed occupational therapist for the initiation and further implementation of mapping, assessment of work ability in a real environment, and adjustments in workplaces for our clients in Ystad. The target group for the assignment is job seekers, individuals with or without known disabilities, who need their work conditions assessed. The responsibilities include, among others:

• Coordinate and carry out the assignment to assess work conditions in work-life-like tasks
• Guide participants and map work conditions
• Conduct observations and document in a written report
• Plan and implement adjustments at work trial locations.
• Maintain close contact with the Employment Agency's specialists
• Perform administration related to the assignment
• Contribute to the further development of our operations
• Contribute to the influx of participants

Candidate Selection and Start Date
