Innovatum Science Park in brief

For 25 years, we have helped companies, academia, and society to meet, collaborate, and develop sustainable innovations, primarily in industrial technology. Today, more than 400 companies are engaged in our operations, which include offering test and demo environments, a startup incubator, one of the country's largest development project operations, various business networks, events, and a community for entrepreneurs.

Now we are looking for a communicator with an interest in and experience of technology at Innovatum Science Park

Are you a communicator with a passion for technology? We are looking for someone who wants to take overall responsibility and combine strategic thinking with operational communication work.

We offer a varied role with challenges and creative opportunities that span various projects and collaborations at Innovatum Science Park. Your goal is to drive the development of the organization through engaging communication that creates impact for what we do, our results, and how we create societal benefit. For example, you will:

• Plan and implement communication and marketing initiatives within our innovation and development projects as well as for our test and demo facilities.
• Participate in the operational work of creating content for our communication channels such as web, social media, and events.
• Participate in driving communication efforts both internally and externally and identify new opportunities and improvements.

As a communicator with us, you will be a key person in the organization and close collaboration with colleagues is of great importance. You will also be part of the communicator team at Innovatum Science Park, which gives you skilled communication colleagues to collaborate with and more exciting contexts to work within. In addition to your responsibilities, there are opportunities to tailor the role to your wishes and development ambitions. You will report to the head of project and demo operations.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like you to:

• Be accustomed to working with strategic communication and communication planning in projects.
• Have a broad interest in technology and manufacturing industry and preferably a good understanding of technical processes.
• Have experience in developing and conveying technical information in a simple and appealing way for different target groups, both internally and externally.
• Enjoy building relationships and networks as well as collaborating with colleagues and external parties.
• Be a skilled writer who can translate technical and project-oriented concepts into content that is accessible and engaging for broader audiences.
• Have good digital skills, an interest in technology related to communication, and can handle technical tasks when needed.
• Have a great deal of curiosity and self-drive that develops both you and the organization.
• Be able to work in both Swedish and English.

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education or higher education relevant to the role. If you also have a few years of experience as a communicator with a technical focus in communication work, it is a merit.
