Jobbklar works with the Swedish Public Employment Service's initiative Rusta and matcha. We are now looking for a new star in Gothenburg who wants to join us on our continued journey where we help job seekers enter the labor market.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an additional supervisor within Rusta and matcha for our offices in Gothenburg on Hisingen and on Första Långgatan.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position involves you being responsible for the ongoing work with participants seeking jobs within our labor market services. You will supervise several individuals during the same period, document in the system, support them in their job search, and match them to the labor market. You will do this in both individual meetings with participants and in groups, including holding seminars and lectures. Participants will have access to the services that you jointly plan they need to enter employment, which you will coordinate. If participants are deemed to need training for work, you will assist the participant in this.

It is also important that you have contact with potential employers so that participants have the opportunity to enter the labor market. You already have or develop your own network of employers in the local area who can receive matching participants for jobs, internships, or company-based learning.

REQUIREMENTS:

To work as a supervisor, you must meet alternative 1 or alternative 2 regarding both experience and education.

ALTERNATIVE 1:

  • University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system).
  • Work experience: At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time work can also be accepted if the combined working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.

ALTERNATIVE 2:

  • At least one (1) year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least a pass grade.
  • At least three years of work experience in the last five years in one or more of the following professions or tasks: Work management with personnel responsibility, Recruitment, Restructuring work for job seekers, Study and career guidance, Handling of personnel issues (excluding solely personnel administration), Work with labor market issues, Work with social and group psychology, Career guidance

NOTE! Certificates of the correct education and experience will be required in the selection process and submitted with the application.

In addition to this, we have general requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Very good computer skills
  • Other language skills are advantageous, as is a network of employers.
  • We attach great importance to personal suitability
