Your Role

As a Rental Administrator, you will belong to a team of eight employees. In this role, you will primarily administer all practical matters regarding rents and fees, as well as conduct analyses and investigations while relieving the property economists in the group of administrative tasks. Together, the team ensures the basic data in primarily the property system, so that the assignment teams can meet the delivery requirements specified in the clients' management agreements.

Main Responsibilities

• Contact with tenants & other stakeholders
• Controls & runs in the system
• Register information in the property system
• Pre-accounting supplier invoices and other support for property economists

Location: Stockholm, Södermalm

Start: As soon as possible

Scope: 40 hours/week

The position is initially a consulting assignment for 12 months where you will be employed by Clevry and work at Einar Mattsson. After that, there are good opportunities for extension or a permanent employment with Einar Mattsson. You will receive more information about the arrangement during a first phone interview with the responsible recruiter.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with approximately 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. We prefer that you have experience in the real estate industry, focusing on residential management, as well as basic knowledge of economics. It is an advantage if you have experience in administrative work within medium to large property-owning organizations.

In this role, it is a requirement that you have previously worked in Vitec Hyra or another property system and with accounts receivable management.

As a person, we are looking for someone who is structured, collaborative, and stable.

Recruitment Process

In this recruitment process, Einar Mattsson will conduct an in-depth security check on the final candidate.
