Our client is an authority that manages the national grid for electricity in Sweden. They also conduct research and development projects in many areas to promote new technology. The authority's work impacts society socially, environmentally, and economically, both locally and nationally, but also globally through the authority's supply chains. As procurement support, you act as the procurement representative for construction measures within various programs. You are responsible for coordinating, specifying, and placing orders for measures based on the needs of the business. The work requires a good understanding of both business benefits and technical prerequisites within the electricity network area.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and order construction measures for execution. The role involves working as the procurement representative for the Division Network for construction measures to various programs. This means receiving and coordinating needs from other parts of Svenska kraftnät and translating these into an order for action. The work includes, among other things,

- Development of project directives, directional decisions, and investment decisions.

- Collecting, compiling, and registering documentation from and in our support systems.

- Cross-functional contacts within the authority.

- Administration of incoming referrals to the unit.

Requirements for the position:

• Academic university or college degree, at least at the bachelor's level, with a focus on economics or law.
• At least 8 years of work experience in administrative work in support systems within government operations.
• At least 4 years of work experience in the electricity and energy sector.
• At least 2 years of work experience in ordering project measures.
• At least 2 years of work experience in developing decision support materials.

Meritorious for the position:

• At least 2 years of work experience in working with technical guidelines within the energy sector.

Before the assignment can begin, a security review will be conducted. As a person, you are attentive, engaged, and have good collaboration skills. You are structured and have the ability to work independently and strive to deliver high quality.
