About the Role
We are now looking for an engaged Customer Service Agent to join the Business Domestic customer service team at Dun & Bradstreet. This team focuses on the company's risk and credit services as well as printed products. The role involves contributing to creating a great service experience by handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and working proactively to identify solutions that enhance customers' experiences and operations.
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 6 months. You will initially be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Dun & Bradstreet, with the possibility of permanent employment.

Responsibilities
As a Business-to-Business (B2B) Customer Service Agent, your main responsibility is to provide high-quality service and support to business customers, focusing on working towards high quality goals such as customer satisfaction, short handling times, and a deep understanding of their customers' needs. An important part of the job is to build long-term relationships with customers, understand their business, and contribute to their success. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customers' needs are handled in the best possible way.
As part of the Business Domestic team, you will be part of a close-knit team of 10 people. Together, you will work closely to manage daily tasks, which include:
- Handling cases related to invoice inquiries, such as explaining what the customer has been invoiced for or providing a copy of an invoice. The role will also involve close collaboration with the finance department to resolve invoice issues.
- Handling customer order disputes, such as disputing an invoice or when a customer believes they have been incorrectly charged for a product, and so on.
- Support for the company's services and products.
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- Customer service experience or experience in a service profession with handling various systems.
- Comfortable with phone communication
- Good computer and system knowledge. Comfortable navigating a Microsoft-based environment.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
- An interest in new challenges and the ability to think outside the box
- A solution-oriented approach and thrive in a fast-paced and varied everyday life
We are looking for someone who is structured and has an eye for detail. You work methodically and carefully, ensuring that nothing is left to chance. Your precision and ability to maintain high quality in your work are crucial for success in the role.
- Previous work towards goals with good results
- Previous experience in customer service with a focus on finance
- Experience working in Salesforce

Start: May 19, 2025
Location: Solna (hybrid but at least two days in the office per week)
Salary: According to agreement
