About the role

As a customer service representative with us, you will play a central role in providing our customers with first-class service. Your main responsibilities include:

✅ Handling incoming calls, emails, and chats

✅ Working in the company's own systems

✅ Data entry and information registration

✅ Collaborating with different departments to resolve customer issues efficiently

Working hours & Location
