Have you just completed your studies or are you at the beginning of your career in recruitment and staffing and want to gain experience with one of the major players in the personal assistance industry? Then this could be the role for you! Särnmark is looking for a recruiter to support the operations in Sundbyberg for a limited period.

As a recruiter, you will work with all parts of the recruitment process for personal assistants, which includes:

  • Assisting in establishing a requirement profile
  • Advertising
  • Selection
  • Interviews
  • Reference checks
  • Providing feedback

We are looking for someone who feels confident in independently driving processes, with support from colleagues. We prefer that you have an education in human resources or behavioral science or other relevant courses for the position, such as conversation and interview methodology.

Experience in search and/or recruitment in the healthcare and social care sector is advantageous.

The position may involve many contacts with customers and candidates, so good collaboration and communication skills are important. We see you as a driven person who is used to working independently. Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and selection of personal assistants that meet the customers' requirement profile
  • Work independently with all steps in the recruitment process
  • Provide consultative support to recruiting managers

Qualifications

  • University degree with a focus on human resources, behavioral science, or equivalent education.
  • Preferably work experience in recruitment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
  • Experience with Talentech
  • Excellent ability to understand and express oneself in Swedish, both written and spoken
  • Good collaboration skills with colleagues, internal customers, and candidates
  • Ability to work methodically and structured through the recruitment process
  • Work efficiently so that recruitment is handled promptly while ensuring quality in the process.
