The role of payroll consultant in the Nordic team largely consists of quality assurance of the delivery of Swedish payroll to our Nordic clients, as well as automating parts of the payroll process and close collaboration with our colleagues in Romania. Daily customer contact as a payroll specialist with advice/support in payroll and HR issues to the client's contact person and in specific cases also directly to employees. Together with colleagues and clients, you continuously develop your clients and focus on business development.

The job also involves:

• Being responsible for your clients regarding payroll delivery, service, relationships, and profitability
• Driving and developing the client according to set goals to deliver according to strategy
• Handling the interpretation of collective agreements, travel expenses, and wellness grants

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least two years of experience in independent payroll work
• Experience with Agda PS
• Good knowledge of English & Swedish
• Team focus and a willingness to support your colleagues

Excel proficiency is an advantage. Previous experience working as a consultant is considered highly meritorious.
