Are you an analytical doer with a heart in the right place who wants to develop in leadership or project management? We are now looking for a Research and Information Manager who will lead our information team in the work of collecting, analyzing, and delivering data and information within social care. At SSIL, we have a vision to lead the development of secure purchases within healthcare and social care, and you will be the key to providing Sweden's social services, correctional services, and clients in foster care with the best possible decision-making basis in their placements.

Responsibilities

We collect market information daily through phone interviews, our own websites, and in contact with decision-makers across the country. In your role as Research and Information Manager, your tasks include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring that the information we collect and distribute via our customer platforms is relevant, current, and reliable.
• Leading, coaching, and motivating the information team to maximize their performance.
• Project managing research projects and leading client deliveries.
• Monitoring production work and reporting to company management.
• Continuously collecting, analyzing, and acting on trends and insights.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external information sources such as procurement, social managers, and similar.
• Exploring and implementing new technologies and methods to keep up with developments.
• Collaborating with the product manager and sales manager to ensure that we constantly challenge the way we collect and package our information.

The role is part of SSIL's management team and reports directly to the company's CEO. In this role, you are expected to live our values. Who are you?

We believe you are an analytical and meticulous person who can quickly shift from seeing the big picture to capturing equally important details. You have high integrity, take great personal responsibility for solutions, and want to coach others to success. Furthermore, we believe that you:

• Have a higher academic education in areas such as economics, technology, or data and 3-5 years of experience working with data.
• Are accustomed to handling large amounts of data and are very comfortable with Microsoft Excel.
• Have experience in leadership or project management, for example, through a previous formal managerial position or perhaps through volunteer engagement.
• Since you will have employees in both Ljusdal and Stockholm, we expect you to be able to travel between the offices regularly.
• Speak Swedish and English fluently to communicate with colleagues and clients.
