Project Manager in Business Administration with a Focus on AI

The Department of Business Administration, Stockholm Business School (SBS), is one of the largest departments at Stockholm University with approximately 150 employees and about 3,500 students per academic year.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a project manager with a PhD in business administration who can contribute to our efforts to be at the forefront of digitalization and AI use in teaching. In this role, you will assist staff in effectively using AI in teaching, support the development of pedagogical AI methods, and contribute to the organization’s skill enhancement in digital learning environments.

Support and guide staff on how AI tools can be used pedagogically in teaching.
Train colleagues in effective and ethical use of AI in educational contexts.
Identify and recommend suitable AI tools for various pedagogical needs.
Develop guidelines and best practices for AI use in teaching.
Conduct workshops and individual guidance on AI tools such as Typing Mind.
Act as a resource in questions regarding AI in pedagogical contexts.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has;

Requirements

PhD in business administration.
Teaching experience.
Documented experience using AI solutions in educational contexts.
Strong ability to communicate complex technical solutions in pedagogical contexts.
Excellent communication skills.

Meritorious

Experience with specific AI tools such as Typing Mind.
Practical experience implementing AI solutions in educational environments.
Knowledge of digital pedagogical methods and tools.
Experience working with digital learning environments.

About the Employment

The position is part-time at 20 percent and is limited to 12 months. Stockholm University applies individual salary setting. Start date according to agreement.
