Do you want to become one of us and contribute to the County Administrative Board's broad and socially important mission? We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented and driven and wants to contribute to supplying the agency with the right competence.
What does the role entail?
As an HR partner, you have a central role in supporting the organization in HR-related matters, and you will currently have a particular focus on strategic competence supply and recruitment. In the role of HR partner, you support one or more departments and participate in the management group for the departments you are responsible for.
You will independently and together with your colleagues in the HR unit work on the development and improvement of our process for strategic competence supply and provide operational support to the organization regarding recruitment. In the long term, your area of responsibility may also include other areas of specialization and processes. Therefore, we are looking for someone who thrives and has experience working in a broad HR role.
In the unit, we help each other and support one another, and you will have a varied and exciting everyday life in collaboration with your colleagues in the HR unit.
Are you the one we are looking for?
For this role, we want you to have:
- relevant academic degree with a focus on HR or behavioral science or equivalent education combined with experience that the employer deems equivalent
- current multi-year experience providing consultative managerial support in several HR areas
- at least three years of experience independently driving recruitment processes together with managers
- multi-year experience working with competency-based recruitment
- multi-year current experience working within one of the main processes of strategic competence supply (attracting, recruiting, retaining, developing, or downsizing/restructuring)
- knowledge of labor law
- good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
- good digital maturity and good system familiarity.
It is advantageous if you also have:
- experience in recruitment within the public sector
- experience working with security assessments.
As a person, you have very good collaboration skills and the ability to create and maintain trusting working relationships. You are responsive and constructive, have an easy time taking initiative, and enjoy taking responsibility and working in a team. You are used to working in a structured and long-term manner, while also having the ability to adapt when circumstances change. You are communicative in both speech and writing, loyal, and have integrity.

As an employee at the County Administrative Board, you need to:

More about us and the role
The HR unit currently consists of 10 engaged and knowledgeable employees. The unit provides support and advice to the agency's managers on issues related to recruitment, work environment, leadership, employee participation and teamwork, rehabilitation, wage formation, labor law issues, and HR administration. As one of our HR partners is retiring, we are now looking for a new colleague.
The employment is a permanent position, full-time, with immediate start, according to agreement.

You must be a Swedish citizen since the tasks within the employment are placed in a security class. We will conduct a security assessment according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585). As a permanent employee at the County Administrative Board in Stockholm County, you will be placed in a war role based on the needs of total defense.
