About the position

At Perido, we are looking for a receptionist for our client, an authority located in Stockholm. Your working hours are scheduled between 08:00-16:00 with lunch from 12:00-13:00. Training will take place during week 28.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will have a varied day-to-day where you are responsible for the reception, welcoming visitors, and handling incoming calls. You will also manage mail handling, administer invoices, and assist with personnel matters in Primula. With a focus on service and structure, you will ensure that the daily flow runs smoothly while also having the opportunity to develop within administration.

Your qualities

To thrive in this role, it is important to be service-oriented, structured, and self-motivated. You need to have a good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently, especially during periods of higher workload. A positive attitude, flexibility, and good system skills are also valuable traits for succeeding in this role.

Qualifications:

• Completed upper secondary education or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office or similar
• At least one (1) year of work experience in a similar role
• Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written Swedish

Scope and start date

35h/week (87%) consulting assignment until 2025-08-08. Start 2025-07-07.
