Personskadeförbundet RTP is a politically independent civil rights organization working for a universally adapted society. The abbreviation RTP stands for Rehabilitation, Accessibility, and Influence, and these three words form the core of our operations, which aim to ensure that all people have the right to good rehabilitation, an accessible environment, and the opportunity to influence their life situation. The association is led by an elected board.

About the role

Do you want to contribute to developing an organization that makes a difference for people with disabilities or acquired injuries? Do you have experience with grant applications, fundraising, and increasing member value for an organization? Then we might be looking for you for our office in Sundbyberg.

Personskadeförbundet RTP is in a development phase where we want to strengthen our activities, broaden our funding opportunities, and create even better tools for our local associations to develop. As an Organizational Developer, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities, driving development work, and turning decided strategies and directions into concrete operations.

The role involves operational work – from writing applications and leading smaller projects to developing member benefits and creating practical tools that strengthen the work of our local associations.

We offer meaningful, varied, and developmental work in an organization where rehabilitation, accessibility, and influence are at the center.

Your main responsibilities

  • Apply for grants and project funds for the association's activities.
  • Lead smaller projects and approved grants.
  • Develop the association's member benefits.
  • Work with the rest of the association office to develop tools for the association's local associations.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop new forms of financing and fundraising.
  • Support monitoring, reporting, and documentation related to projects and development efforts.

We want you to have

  • Relevant education, preferably a university degree in fields such as social sciences or education deemed equivalent by the employer.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in applying for grants, project funds, or other external financing.
  • Good administrative skills and habit of working structured with planning, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
  • Understanding of issues concerning disability, accessibility, participation, and inclusion.
  • Ability to drive work independently while enjoying collaborating with others.

It is an advantage if you

  • Have experience in project management within civil society, member organizations, or the non-profit sector.
  • Have worked with member development, member benefits, or counseling to local associations.
  • Have experience in developing methods, templates, educational materials, or digital tools.
  • Have knowledge of funding opportunities from, for example, foundations, trusts, authorities, or other grant providers.
  • Personally have experience living with a disability or have close personal experience.

As a person, you are responsible, communicative, and development-oriented. You enjoy creating structure, building relationships, and turning ideas into practical results. You are sensitive to the organization's needs and have a genuine commitment to a society where everyone has access to life's opportunities.

Welcome to Personskadeförbundet RTP – Everyone should have access to life's opportunities!
