Försäkringskassan has a crucial societal mission. We are developing our case processing with a focus on individuals' varying needs and conditions. Simultaneously, we work to prevent crime and misuse of the social insurance system. The FV Department provides economic security to people with disabilities by deciding on and paying out benefits such as care allowance, supplement for extra costs, car support, disability compensation, care allowance for relatives, and infectious carrier allowance.
Business Development, Development, and Administration
As a Business Developer, you are responsible for driving and supporting customer-oriented business development that contributes to realizing Försäkringskassan's vision and business concept. You are also responsible for identifying development needs and translating them into concrete activities.
The role involves monitoring and staying well-informed about current societal developments relevant to Försäkringskassan, and analyzing potential consequences for the organization based on this. The work also includes participating in various networks, committees, business planning, and annual reports. The position involves handling confidential information, which demands high standards of proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a strong security awareness.

- have a university degree or experience and qualifications that can be considered equivalent
- have experience from working within business development
- have very good knowledge of change and development processes
- have good experience participating in projects and various forms of collaboration
- act on your own initiative and take responsibility for achieving good results
- have the ability to create a useful network
- can understand and analyze complex issues
- bring innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
- collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals
- have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
It is meritorious if you
- have experience from working in a similar business area
- have experience with agile working methods
- have worked with digitalization and automation
- have experience in process development
- have knowledge of AI related to business development.

Other Information
One position, permanent, full-time, with start date as agreed. Probationary period may apply. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be employed in such a position, a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required.
In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. Remote work is possible if the job allows. In this recruitment, work psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Location: Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Jönköping.
