As a Senior BI Engineer, you will drive the journey from today's more manual handling towards centralized cloud solutions. You will work on structuring data from the ground up, building sustainable pipelines, and creating the reports and dashboards required for the entire organization to make smart, data-driven decisions. Since we are in an exciting phase, you will have great opportunities to influence both technology choices and working methods, and eventually help build a whole team around this area.

The position is a full-time employment based at our office in Danderyd. We believe in a healthy balance between work and leisure, and therefore offer a flexible hybrid model where you have the possibility to work remotely up to 40% of your working hours.

Responsibilities

As our expert in the field, you will take overall responsibility for the technical data infrastructure by:

• Designing and maintaining a scalable architecture for our new data warehouse.
• Developing robust pipelines to correlate and structure data sources from across the organization.
• Digitalizing processes and moving from Excel dependency to centralized cloud solutions.
• Creating pedagogical dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
• Acting as an advisor and ambassador for our digital development journey.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have relevant education and extensive experience working with data warehouses and complex data flows. To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Very strong knowledge within the Google ecosystem: GCP, Google BigQuery, and SQL.
• Experience in building pipelines and structuring data.
• Good familiarity with BI tools, specifically Google Data Studio (Looker Studio).
• Good knowledge of Python for automation and data manipulation.
• Ability to write sustainable and clear documentation.
• Fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
