Communication, transformation, and development initiatives

Digital transformation is not just about technology – it is about developing operations to meet future needs. Success requires clear direction, shared understanding, and strong engagement throughout the organization. The Agency has many ongoing initiatives within digital transformation, and we are now looking for a strategic communicator who wants to play a central role in creating the conditions for successful digital transformation.

Examples of tasks:

• Develop and drive communication initiatives that support the organization's digital development and strategic shift.
• Contribute with a holistic perspective where communication connects the organization's goals, digital initiatives, and the employees and users affected by the development.
• Create conditions for understanding, engagement, and involvement regarding the organization's priorities and goals.
• Identify communication needs, stakeholders, risks, and opportunities in complex development initiatives.

The position will also involve other common tasks in a communications department, such as creating communication plans, implementing and following up on communication initiatives, producing news and articles for various channels, and providing communication support and advice to managers and project leaders.

You are a confident communicator and a good advisor with experience working closely with management and executives. With your strategic thinking and understanding of how communication affects people in change, you thrive in a role where you can combine analysis, creativity, and relationship building, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

As a communicator, you handle confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you who will work with us have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for you who

• have a university degree in the field of communication or equivalent experience and qualifications
• have experience in a similar role within media and communications
• have a methodical and systematic working style, plan, and make clear prioritizations
• act on your own initiative and take responsibility for results with high quality
• have the ability to see the big picture and analyze contexts
• are skilled at networking, building contacts, and collaborating
• have very good verbal and written communication skills
• have good organizational understanding and can translate this into operations
• are confident and trustworthy, even in demanding situations.

It is meritorious if you have

• several years of experience in strategic communication work
• experience supporting digital transformation, digitalization, or other cross-organizational development initiatives
• the ability to translate complex issues into clear messages and communication strategies
• experience working closely with management and other key stakeholders
• knowledge of methods within change management, stakeholder management, and organizational development.

One position, permanent, full-time, with start date as agreed. Probation period may apply. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive operations. To be employed in such a position, a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. Remote work is possible if the work allows.
