About the role

Are you a service-oriented person who thrives in a varied role and enjoys interacting with many people? We are currently looking for a part-time receptionist for our client in Solna.

This is a temporary position starting immediately and running through the turn of the year, with good prospects for extension.

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–14:00 Location: Solna

Responsibilities

As a receptionist, you are the face of the company and are responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately
• Managing the daily operations of the reception and office
• Administrative tasks
• Handling mail and basic office services
• Other typical receptionist duties

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and has an eye for detail. You enjoy working independently, are organized, and have strong prioritization skills.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience working in a reception or similar service-oriented role
• Clean criminal record extract (Utdrag ur belastningsregistret)
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 09:00–14:00
