About the role
As an Office Administrator / Finance Assistant, you play a central role in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will become an important part of a team where you support both ongoing operations and work directed towards management and the board.
This role suits you if you thrive on variety, enjoy creating structure, and have the ability to drive your tasks forward independently. The assignment is approximately 50%, with the possibility of increasing to 80-100% depending on your experience and competence in areas such as project administration, finance, and other fields.
Common responsibilities include:
- Ongoing financial administration such as bookkeeping and handling invoices and receipts
- Administrative support regarding orders, office services, meetings, conferences, and travel
- Project administration as well as preparation of documentation, presentations, and decision materials
- Other administrative and practical tasks that arise in daily office work
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and responsible. You thrive in a role with many contact points and varied tasks where you get to plan, prioritize, and work independently. With a positive attitude, good service sense, and a solution-oriented approach, you contribute to good collaboration and high quality in delivery.
Requirements for the position:
- Experience in financial administration, such as bookkeeping and invoice handling
- Strong administrative skills and habit of working in a structured manner
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
- Experience working independently and taking personal responsibility
Experience in project administration, project management, as well as working with presentations, documentation, and board materials is considered an advantage. Knowledge of English is also an advantage.
