About the position
Infectious Disease Ward 2/I54 is a collaborative unit where patients with infectious diseases and substance abuse issues are treated. The infectious disease clinics provide highly specialized care for patients with, among other things, hepatitis, tuberculosis, HIV, and immunodeficiency diseases.
At the Infectious Disease Operations in Huddinge, there are also two additional infectious disease wards and an infectious disease day care. The operation works cross-professionally and has close collaboration between the units as well as with other operations within the Theme of Acute and Restorative Medicine.
As executive support with staffing responsibilities, you work closely with the nursing managers, primarily at Infectious Disease Ward 2/I54 and the nursing manager for the infectious disease clinics. You also collaborate closely with other staffing planners within Infectious Diseases.
The work includes, among other things:
- individual schedule planning
- short- and long-term staffing planning
- administration during new hires
- management of permissions
- assignment as local IT contact
- personnel administration, such as employment documents, statistics, overtime, and sick leave
- invoice processing, purchasing, quotations, and orders
- minute-taking at meetings
- ongoing dialogue regarding staffing with corresponding functions within Infectious Diseases and other operations within the theme.
The working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 07:00–15:30 or 07:30–16:00. Weekend duty from home may occur. During vacation and other absence, executive supports cover for each other.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- experience in administrative work
- education or experience working in personnel administrative systems, such as Tessa or Heroma
Merits:
- experience working as a staffing assistant in 24/7 operations
- experience with individual schedule planning
- proficiency in working with Heroma, Tessa, Navet, EK, Take Care, and Microsoft Office.
