About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Baklava Baker/Specialist with extensive experience in producing baklava and other Oriental pastries. You will be responsible for the entire production process, from raw material handling and baking to quality control. You will also play a key role in developing new recipes and products based on market demand and customer preferences.

Responsibilities

• Produce baklava and other Oriental pastries with high quality.
• Develop new products, recipes, and flavor combinations.
• Ensure high quality and consistent standards in production.
• Plan and optimize the production process.
• Handle raw materials while adhering to food hygiene and current quality requirements.
• Contribute new ideas for product development and assortment.

Who We Are Looking For

• Documented experience in producing baklava and similar pastries.
• Good knowledge of traditional techniques, ingredients, and recipes.
• Creative with experience in product development.
• Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and responsible.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interest in artisanal baking and food quality.
