We are looking for a driven and inspiring Store Manager for Indiska's store in Nordby Shopping Centre!

About the role As a Store Manager at Indiska, you are the one who leads the way, both on the shop floor and within the team. You have overall responsibility for ensuring the store meets its targets and that both customers and employees have a truly great experience every day. You lead with presence, energy, and clear direction, focusing on the customer experience, team well-being, and store results. Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving the store towards sales targets and KPIs
  • Leading and coaching the team in daily operations, both strategically and operationally
  • Ensuring an inspiring visual expression and a welcoming store environment
  • Planning and monitoring budget, schedules, and staffing
  • Recruiting, developing, and motivating employees
  • Actively working on workplace environment, well-being, and culture in the store
