KICKS is looking for a bubbly, energetic, and business-minded Store Manager who simply loves working in retail!

With the goal of making every KICKS store the ultimate beauty destination, we are seeking a Store Manager with a strong interest in business who is motivated by seeing their employees succeed in achieving set goals and developing in their roles.

Your focus as Store Manager is to be a coaching leader to develop your employees, as well as to run your store in a business-like manner. You are responsible for ensuring that all customers visiting the store are treated with Top Class Service and that every visitor has an enjoyable shopping experience. As Store Manager, you are responsible for, among other things, salary and development discussions, team meetings, and goal and result reviews. You have full responsibility for store operations, ensuring that campaigns and activities are carried out according to the marketing plan, and that current result targets, key figures, and budgets are met.

Weekend and evening work is included in the position.
