The textile industry is facing one of its biggest transformations ever. Demands for sustainability, transparency, and traceability are changing how products are developed, produced, and sold. For many companies, this is about adapting to new regulations. For us, it is about something bigger.

At Brandtown, we see sustainability as a responsibility. We want to contribute to a more sustainable textile industry by making sustainability concrete, verifiable, and actionable in practice. Therefore, we want to develop our suppliers, help our customers make better decisions, and simultaneously continue to challenge and develop ourselves.

Therefore, we invest in traceability, Digital Product Passport, and verified product information. Therefore, we are developing our own platform, BTPP. And therefore, we are now looking for a person who wants to lead and further develop our sustainability work.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Brandtown's sustainability strategy.
• Drive work on traceability, product integrity, and sustainability requirements.
• Help customers and suppliers understand and meet future regulations.
• Translate legislation such as ESPR, REACH, PFAS, GPSR, and Digital Product Passport into smart and business-oriented working methods.
• Educate, inspire, and support customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Be a key part of the development of our own platform BTPP and our digital solutions for traceability and product information.
• Ensure that sustainability becomes a natural part of our decisions, processes, and future business development.

Your Profile

We do not believe that the right person is defined by a specific title or education. Perhaps you currently work with sustainability, quality, compliance, product development, purchasing, supplier development, or business development. The most important thing is that you are passionate about sustainability issues and want to be part of creating real change.
