Rapide Brow & Lash Bar is Sweden's leading beauty chain with 18 salons nationwide. Our specialty is threading, and our passion is highlighting the eyes through world-class treatments and products – always with the customer experience at the center.

We are now looking for a Brow Bar Manager who wants to take full responsibility for our salon in Mölndals Galleria and lead the team to new successes.

As a Brow Bar Manager, you are the heart of the salon – an inspiring leader, skilled stylist, and business-driven role model. You work actively in treatments, drive sales, and create the right conditions for your team to develop, perform, and enjoy their work.

Together with your Head of Operations & Sales, you work towards clear goals and ensure that the salon reaches its full potential – both in customer experience and results.

In this role, you will:

• Drive sales, monitor key performance indicators, and create action plans to achieve set goals

• Plan, execute, and follow up on campaigns and activities

• Ensure optimal staffing based on customer flow and opening hours

• Work operationally in the salon with treatments and product sales

• Coach, develop, and train stylists in their daily work

• Hold regular follow-ups and create engagement within the team

• Be responsible for budget, administration, and the daily operations of the salon

• Ensure that Rapide's concept, working methods, and customer journey are always adhered to
