Do you want to lead and develop the care and residential homes of the future? We are now looking for five new head colleagues for the city areas of Centrum and Nordost.

As a unit manager, you have personnel responsibility for approximately 20–25 employees and work closely with other unit managers in the area. We are investing in elderly care and want to give you good conditions to succeed in your assignment.

As a unit manager, you are responsible for meeting the tenants' needs for care and service. You are responsible for the economy, personnel, and work environment, and you are part of the area's management group together with the operations manager and other unit managers.

Our care and residential homes

Centrum

Svaleboskogen offers 121 apartments for people with dementia and somatic care. The residence also has a restaurant open to the public.

Vegahusen comprises 138 residential places in three houses next to Slottsskogen. The operations offer both dementia and somatic care and have their own restaurant.

Nordost

Gunnared Care and Residential Home is located in Angered Centrum and has 60 apartments. In the spring of 2027, a planned renovation of the building will begin. During the renovation period, the operations will temporarily move to Morängatan Care and Residential Home. This means that as a unit manager, you will move with the operations and during that time be part of the management group for Centrum.

Lövgärdet Care and Residential Home has units for general care and housing as well as for tenants with dementia. Two of the units are for tenants who speak Finnish. In total, there are 62 apartments here.

About you

You have a university education of at least 120 higher education credits in care and housing, social work, or behavioral science, or alternatively other education that the employer considers equivalent.
