Your role

As Warranty Manager within Construction Housing West, you will have a key role in our operations. You are responsible for the after-sales work related to our housing projects – from handover and through the entire warranty period.

You lead an engaged team consisting of 6 foremen and 1 warranty coordinator, and create the right conditions for working in a structured, efficient and customer-focused manner. You have overall responsibility for quality, working methods and development within after-sales, and are an important link between production, customers and property management.

With us, after-sales is more than handling cases – it is a strategic tool to develop our business and raise the quality in future projects.

Here is what you will do:

• Lead, develop and coach your organization towards set goals
• Ensure professional and efficient handling of warranty cases
• Drive improvement work focused on quality, lead times and customer satisfaction
• Analyze recurring defects and translate lessons learned into improvements in production
• Responsible for planning, prioritization and resource allocation
• Follow up on KPIs such as closed cases, lead times and improvement proposals
• Build strong relationships with customers, housing associations and partners
• Collaborate with the project and production organization to strengthen the overall delivery

Who are you?

You are a confident and present leader who is motivated by developing both people and operations. You understand the construction process as a whole and are driven by creating structure, quality and long-term improvements.

We believe you have:

• Technical education in construction, preferably a university degree in engineering or equivalent
• Documented experience from the construction industry and good understanding of the entire construction process
• A confident leadership style that creates engagement and clarity, with experience as a leader
• Good technical construction competence and deep knowledge of contract law
• Experience in working with improvement work and development of working methods
