We are looking for a temporary assistant and weekend position in personal assistance

We are currently looking for an additional temporary assistant to cover sick leave, vacation, and other absences. Starting this autumn, there is also a part-time weekend position on a rolling 6-week schedule, with good opportunities for additional shifts as needed. The positions consist primarily of day shifts.

Are you the right person for us?

Are you social, engaged, and confident as a person? Do you enjoy conversations over a cup of coffee, appreciate a calm and respectful attitude, and thrive when cooking good home-style meals with meat and fish dishes?

You will be working for an active couple where both individuals have disabilities. Your tasks will involve creating a safe and functional daily life through cooking, cleaning, personal care, transfers, and accompanying them to activities and outings.

Who are we looking for?

Fluent in Swedish (100% fluency), as one of the clients has a severe hearing impairment.
Female, as the role involves personal hygiene care.
Physically and mentally strong.
Experience as a personal assistant is preferred, but we value personal chemistry above all else.

Working Hours

Primarily day shifts from 08:30–16:00 and 07:30–15:00, but evening and night shifts may also occur:

16:00–22:00
22:00–07:00
16:00–07:00
