We are looking for personal assistants for a charming 30-year-old in Trollhättan, Lidköping and surrounding areas

We are currently seeking hourly personal assistants for a lovely and charming 30-year-old man with autism and epilepsy who lives in his own accommodation with his cat.

The work involves 24-hour shifts with some sleeping on-call/waiting time. As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in his daily life. You will help with daily routines, household chores, and accompany him on various activities, outings, and other pleasant experiences. Together, you create a safe, meaningful, and active daily life.

We are looking for you who:

• Are secure, calm, and responsible.
• Are sensitive, flexible, and engaged.
• Take initiative and have a genuine interest in working with people.
• Enjoy active work and social interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal assistance, care, or social services is an advantage.
• Knowledge of autism and/or epilepsy is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A valid B-driver's license and access to your own car are required.
• You must be comfortable around animals as there is a cat in the home.
