About the Role

In the role of personal assistant, you will work in a home environment where you assist with various tasks to facilitate daily life for our customer. Your work will be both practical and caring, meaning you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in someone else's life. We are looking for a person who is reliable, responsible, and can contribute to a positive atmosphere in the home. Qualifications

To thrive in this role, we would like you to have the following qualifications:

• Required requirements:
• Category B driver's license – you need to be comfortable driving various personal cars.
• Flexibility and ability to work independently.

• Meritorious qualifications:
• Experience in care or assistance is an advantage but not a requirement.

Job Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Simple household chores, such as cleaning and cooking.
• Light gardening work.
• Personal care, including help with hygiene, dressing, and getting up.

The assignment will be calm with a lot of waiting time during shifts, but some days may be more active depending on planned activities. We are looking for a person who can contribute to a secure and respectful environment, where engagement and responsibility are crucial.

Working Hours and Salary

The work is carried out according to a rolling schedule with 24-hour shifts, which means you will have approximately 7 shifts per month. The employment rate is approx. 75% including on-call time.
